The Graco Ultra Max II 495 PC Pro packs the key technology of Graco’s larger Ultra Max II sprayers into a compact stand frame weighing just 15 kg. It is easy to transport and set up, and it delivers steady pressure, maintenance-free operation and fast cleanup so crews spend more time spraying.

Key Technologies

SmartControl 3.0 with Digital Display

SmartControl continuously monitors the sprayer and adjusts motor speed to keep pressure consistent across the whole job. The digital display tracks litres sprayed, operating hours and pressure, and shows diagnostic messages to help with troubleshooting.

MaxPower Brushless Motor

A brushless design means no brushes to wear out or replace, with plenty of power for the full range of architectural coatings.

Endurance Chromex Piston Pump

The Chromex rod, hardened stainless steel cylinder and long-life V-Max Blue packings extend the interval between repacks. The QuikAccess intake valve speeds up daily cleaning.

FastFlush High-Flow Cleaning

FastFlush runs the pump at higher speed during cleaning, flushing the system up to twice as fast while using about half the water.

ProConnect Pump Replacement

If the pump ever needs service, it can be swapped on the jobsite in minutes. There are no tools, pins or loose parts involved.

Contractor PC Spray Gun

The included gun is one of the lightest in its class, with up to 50% less trigger pull force, an adjustable trigger length and a ProConnect cartridge for quick rebuilds.
