Product Overview
The Graco Ultra Max II 595 PC Pro is built for painting professionals who want the highest possible output without giving up portability. Mounted on a Lo-Boy cart, it runs tips up to 0.027 in and supports wide RAC spray tips, so large wall and ceiling areas are finished in fewer passes. Its longer pump stroke also means more time spraying between repacks.
Key Technologies
SmartControl 3.0 with Digital Display
Motor speed is adjusted automatically to hold an even spray pressure, whatever the tip or coating. The display records litres sprayed, operating hours and pressure, and provides diagnostic messages.
MaxPower Brushless Motor
A 1.2 kW (1.6 HP) brushless motor provides strong, consistent power with no brushes to service.
Endurance Chromex Piston Pump
A Chromex rod, hardened stainless steel cylinder and V-Max Blue packings work together for long pump life, while the QuikAccess intake valve makes cleaning quicker.
FastFlush High-Flow Cleaning
Clean the sprayer up to twice as fast using about half the water, so the end-of-day routine is shorter.
ProConnect and Easy Out Filter
The pump can be replaced on site in minutes without tools. The Easy Out filter works from the inside out to reduce clogging and protect the finish.
