Product Overview

ChemShield is an enhanced polyurea injection grout formulated using advanced polyurethane emulsion technology and scientific processing methods. With high solid content and zero shrinkage, it outperforms conventional grouting materials in leak sealing, joint filling, and crack repair applications.

Its hydrophilic reaction mechanism allows it to react efficiently in wet conditions, making it ideal for underground and water-bearing structures.

Application Guidelines

1. Grind both sides of the base surface - Prepare the substrate for optimal adhesion.

2. Clean and remove dust and debris - Ensure the surface is free from contaminants.

3. Inject ChemShield Polyurea Grouting Fluid for reinforcement - Apply using standard injection equipment.

4. If gaps are deep, use water stop material or hemp as backing - Provide support for deeper voids.

5. Maintain an injection depth of approximately 3 cm - Ensure consistent application depth.

Note: ChemShield is an air-drying polyurea material. Adding 3–5% clean water and stirring evenly can accelerate curing time during application.
