UV Shield Pro Adhesive

Product Overview

UV Shield Pro is a transparent, film-forming waterproof adhesive/coating designed to stop water leakage without altering surface appearance. After curing, it forms an invisible, elastic, UV-resistant waterproof membrane suitable for exterior and interior applications.

Transparent and Invisible Finish

Colorless and fully transparent after drying. Does not change wall, tile, or surface color. Leaves no visible traces and maintains aesthetics.

Film-Forming Waterproof Protection

Forms a dense, stable, elastic waterproof membrane. Effectively seals minor cracks, joints, and porous surfaces. Acts like an “invisible raincoat” for walls.

Strong UV Resistance and Anti-Aging

Resistant to prolonged sunlight exposure. Does not degrade, yellow, or peel under UV radiation. Longer service life compared to ordinary coatings.

Wide Temperature Resistance

High-temperature resistant (does not soften). Low-temperature resistant (no cracking in freezing conditions). Suitable for both hot and cold climates.

Fast Drying and Easy Application

Quick surface drying in approximately 3 hours. Can withstand water exposure after approximately 6 hours. Simple one-brush application reduces labor time and cost.

Acid and Alkali Resistant

Chemically stable. Resistant to acidic and alkaline environments. Durable in harsh outdoor conditions.

Environmentally Friendly and Safe

Odorless and non-toxic. Low/no VOC characteristics. Safe for indoor and residential use.

Scope of Application

• Exterior walls — Concrete, brick, and stone surfaces
• Ceramic tile exterior walls — Protects tiled facades without visible residue
• Window sills — Seals against rain and moisture ingress
• Brick joints and gaps — Fills and waterproofs mortar joints
• Minor wall cracks — Seals hairline cracks invisibly
• Balcony floors — Waterproofs exposed outdoor flooring
• Toilet walls — Interior moisture protection for wet areas

Application Method

Surface Preparation

• Surface must be clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free
• Fill cracks and gaps before coating

Application

• Apply 2–3 coats evenly
• Each coat perpendicular to the previous one
• Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next

Post-Coating

• Maintain ventilation during curing
• Avoid water contact until fully cured
• Perform water test after drying to verify seal
