Product Overview

CrackFix E77 360 is a high-performance injection mortar designed for structural anchoring in concrete and masonry. It is suitable for cracked and uncracked concrete as well as solid and hollow masonry when used with sleeves. The 360ml cartridge is ideal for precision anchoring jobs and smaller projects.

Installation (Concrete)

1. Drill hole to specified diameter and depth.
2. Remove standing water if present.
3. Clean hole thoroughly — blow, brush, blow.
4. Attach mixing nozzle and discard first strokes.
5. Inject mortar from bottom up.
6. Insert anchor with twisting motion.
7. Allow full curing before loading.

Conditions: Uncracked concrete C20/25, minimum edge and spacing distances maintained, safety factors already applied.

Masonry Applications

• Hollow bricks

Use perforated sleeves for hollow masonry. Controlled adhesive distribution prevents void failure.
