Hydrosil+ is a solvent-based waterproof agent using nano compounds. It forms an invisible shield providing long-lasting water repellency and protection against stains without altering the substrate's appearance.

Product Description

Hydrosil+ nano waterproofing agent is a new type of material that is non-toxic, odorless, non-volatile, non-combustible, and environmentally friendly. It is a colorless or light yellow liquid.

After application, it quickly penetrates into the substrate 8-10mm, and cross-links inside after uniform diffusion. The reaction forms an environmentally-friendly invisible waterproof layer with a breathable interface that is both breathable and waterproof.

When water falls on the treated surface, it does not leave a trace — like water falling on a lotus leaf. It has the characteristics of strong penetration, fast film formation, good air permeability, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, severe cold resistance, weathering resistance, and crack release.

After application, the surface color of the building is not changed, thereby increasing the service life of the building. It can truly achieve the effect of one-time waterproofing, eliminating the trouble of annual maintenance.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

  1. The base layer must be dry and dust-free, with permeability.
  2. If there are cracks on the surface, fill with water-tight cement and start construction after drying.
  3. Substrate surface must be completely free of all contaminants.
  4. Surface must be completely dry before coating.

Application Method

  • Apply by completely wetting the surface using a spray gun.
  • Suitable substrates: Concrete, rooftop, brick, stone, and other building products.

Key Application Notes

  • Reduces water absorption into the substrate, thus reducing spalling due to freeze-thaw and efflorescence, thereby increasing the life of the substrate.
  • Colorless and non-yellowing protection preserves the natural appearance of the substrate.

Storage and Handling

  • Shelf Life: 24 months from delivery date
  • Storage: Store products in tightly closed original containers at 5-35°C
  • After the product is stored in a cool and dry temperature below 35°C, prevent contact with water to maintain effectiveness
