Application Process

  1. Clean crack and install packers - Prepare the injection points along the crack line.

  2. Seal packer periphery - Ensure the area around each packer is properly sealed to prevent resin escape.

  3. Mix full unit at low RPM - Combine Part A (10 kg) and Part B (1 kg) using a low-speed mixer.

  4. Inject using PU injection pump - Use a suitable injection pump to deliver the mixed material through the packers.

  5. Start low pressure, increase gradually - Begin injection at low pressure and gradually increase to ensure proper penetration and filling.

Important: Use mixed material immediately. Do not delay after mixing.
