Application / Uses

Applied to bonding and sealing with high requirements on sealant elasticity and strength for industries like:

  • Building decoration — Joints, facades, and structural sealing
  • Machinery — Industrial equipment bonding and sealing
  • Furniture — High-strength adhesive bonding
  • Marine — Weather-resistant sealing in maritime environments
  • Containers — Durable sealing for shipping containers
  • Rail transportation — Vibration-tolerant bonding for rail vehicles
  • Automotive — Flexible sealing for vehicle assemblies

How to Use

  1. Surface preparation — Clean the surface of substrates, keep it dry, free of dust and grease.

  2. Open and prepare — Open the cap and the cover of the bottom (for sausage: cut one end). Put on the nozzle and cut to the appropriate size according to the width of the joint.

  3. Apply — Apply the glue to the clean surface, and assemble it within the tack free time.

  4. Optimal conditions — Construction is preferably at a temperature of 20–30°C and humidity of 50–70% RH. If the temperature and humidity are too low, curing will be slow. If temperature and humidity are too high, bubbles may appear in the cured layer.

Important: During the application and curing process, the polyurethane adhesive should avoid contact with chemicals containing hydroxyl, amino, etc., which may affect the adhesive performance.

Storage

  • Shelf Life: 12 months for aluminum cartridge, 9 months for sausage packing
  • Storage: Unopened packaging in a cool and dry place at +5°C to +25°C
  • Use opened glue as soon as possible. If stored for a short time, seal properly.
  • If a small crust forms at the opening, it can be removed without affecting use.

Precautions

  • No adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon) and bituminous substrates. A preliminary compatibility test is recommended.
  • When painted with oxidative drying paints, disturbances in the drying may occur. Compatibility test recommended before application.
  • Keep out of reach of children and away from direct light and heat.
  • Wear protective eyewear during use and avoid contact with eyes and skin.
  • Recommended for use in well-ventilated areas.
  • If accidentally in contact with eyes and skin, wipe with cloth and then clean with plenty of clean water. If serious, seek medical advice.
