Applied to bonding and sealing with high requirements on sealant elasticity and strength for industries like:
Surface preparation — Clean the surface of substrates, keep it dry, free of dust and grease.
Open and prepare — Open the cap and the cover of the bottom (for sausage: cut one end). Put on the nozzle and cut to the appropriate size according to the width of the joint.
Apply — Apply the glue to the clean surface, and assemble it within the tack free time.
Optimal conditions — Construction is preferably at a temperature of 20–30°C and humidity of 50–70% RH. If the temperature and humidity are too low, curing will be slow. If temperature and humidity are too high, bubbles may appear in the cured layer.
Important: During the application and curing process, the polyurethane adhesive should avoid contact with chemicals containing hydroxyl, amino, etc., which may affect the adhesive performance.
